Discovered by Jacqui Williams (United Kingdom, circa 1995).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Pennell & Sons Nursery in 1998 as 'Jacqui'.
Class:
Early Small Flowered, Group 1, Montana Group.  
Bloom:
White.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Single, semi-double bloom form.  Mid-to-late spring.  
Habit:
Height of 20' (610 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b through 9b.  Needs a warm, frost-free situation.  No pruning required.

Diploid
