Bloom:
Blue, silver(y) shading, lavender shading, red anthers.  Average diameter 5".  Large, semi-double, ruffled edge bloom form.  Early to midsummer.  
Habit:

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4a through 9a.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of Clematis which originated from a controlled crossing between the female parent, Clematis `Silver Moon` (unpatented) and the male parent, an un-named, unpatented seedling..... `Evipo029` was selected by Raymond J. Evison and Mogens N. Oleson in their Clematis development program in Domarie Vineries Les Sauvagees, St. Sampsons, Guernsey, Channel Islands, United Kingdom in April 1998.
