Discovered by Kinschichi Isogai (Japan, 1984).
Class:
Early Large Flowered, Group 2.  
Bloom:
Blue, purple shading, darker stripes, purple anthers.  6 to 8 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Medium bloom form.  Late spring to early summer, early autumn.  
Habit:

Height: 6'7" to 8'2" (200 to 250cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9a.  Plant in sun or partial shade.
