Bred by Reinhard Noack (Germany, before 2016).
Introduced in Germany by Noack-Rosen in 2016 as 'Kesse Lippe'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Orange-red.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 28" (60 to 70cm).  
Growing:
Can be used for ground cover.
