Discovered by Unknown(Japan) (Japan, before 1812).
Class:
Early Small Flowered, Group 2.
Bloom:
White.  Average diameter 4".  Double bloom form.  Early summer to early autumn.
Habit:
Height of 6' to 8' (185 to 245 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b through 9b.  Best in a sunny location.  Needs a warm, frost-free situation.  Suitable for growing in a container.  This plant blooms twice.  It blooms on the previous year's growth, so resist the urge to prune it in early spring.  However, if you garden in a place with cold winters, Mother Nature will more than likely prune the plant for you.  It will bloom a second time on new growth.
Ploidy:
Diploid
