New Roses.  Chicago Peace HT. Sport of 'Mme. A. Meilland'. The plant is exactly the same as the parent except that the colour is changed. Rich shimmering pink with canary yellow and occasionally copper tones. It has come consistently true with us and at times resembled that glorious colour 'Shot Silk' is noted for. It does pale as the flower ages, but is always beautiful and, of course, holds well on the bushes, making a delightful sight, as does the parent. We would think this is a decided acquisition for all. Has the same 35 or more petals of 'Mme. A. Meilland'.
