Occitanie, France. Christophe Colomb in the foreground, Super Star on top, the yellow tones on the first are slightly exagerated. I wanted to see them side by side as I always mentally compare them, in favour of Super Star. I think orange is a tricky color ! Christophe Colomb has a lovely unpretentious scent though, it is surprising me this year, giving more, better shaped blooms.

Two consecutive pictures of the same flower, same distance, no filter, showing how the flower colors are hard to catch. Usually I have to get very close to the rose to avoid the whitening effect. Good scent.

Shaped bloom.

It took 6 years for this rose to produce a nice bloom. Nice scent, almost suede-like petals which make it look much whiter than it is when photographed. The only thing I really like about that rose is the view of it's center. Also, it looks better as a cut flower I think.

It took 6 years for this rose to produce a nice bloom. Nice scent, almost suede-like petals which make it look much whiter than it is when photographed. The only thing I really like about that rose is the view of it's center. Also, it looks better as a cut flower I think.
