Bred by L. Pernille Olesen (Denmark, 1985). Bred by Mogens Nyegaard Olesen (Denmark, 1985).
Introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 1995 as 'Cliffs of Dover'.
Class:
Shrub.  Towne & Country ® Series.  
Bloom:
White, yellow stamens.  Mild, honey fragrance.  5 to 10 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Small, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, arching, spreading.  Small, glossy, dark green foliage.  
Height of 20" to 3' (50 to 90 cm).  Width of 3' to 5' (90 to 150 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, garden or ground cover.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).
