Bred by Alexander (Sandy) Dickson III (1893-1975) (United Kingdom, before 1958).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Dickson Nurseries Ltd. / Dickson Roses in 1960 as 'Dearest'.
Introduced in Australia by T. G. Stewart in 1961 as 'Dearest'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Salmon-pink, golden-yellow stamens.  Strong fragrance.  30 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium-large, semi-double to double, cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  Width: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
