Introduced in United States by Heirloom Roses, Inc. (USA) in 1998 as 'Will-O'-The-Wisp'.
Class:
Mini-Flora, Patio.  
Bloom:
Pink, yellow center, amber stamens.  Mild to strong fragrance.  5 to 7 petals.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact.  Small, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 42" (60 to 105cm).  Width: 3' (90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Heat tolerant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Heirloom Old Garden Roses says Will-O'-The-Wisp™ (VLEfoggy) was bred from 'Anne Harkness' x 'Roller Coaster'. This rose has small, single blooms in a unique color combination. The color of the stamens and the eye is a rich deep amber. Extending outward to cover almost half of the petal is a lovely shade of buttercup yellow that blensds into a beautiful shade of satiny, candy pink...
