Bred by Gareth Fryer (1948-....) (United Kingdom, before 1985).
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Crimson.  Strong, damask fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 35" to 40" (90 to 100cm).  Width: up to 28" (up to 70cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Hardy.  does not do well in warmer climates.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
