Introduced in Australia by Wilson and Johns in 1932 as 'Easlea's Golden Rambler'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1933 as 'Easlea's Golden Rambler'.

Climber, Hybrid Wichurana, Large-Flowered Climber.  

Lemon-yellow, salmon-orange shading, ages to yellow .  Strong, tea fragrance.  35 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  Long buds.  

Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, climbing.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 12' to 20' (365 to 610cm).  Width: up to 15' (up to 455cm).

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Prune after flowering is finished.
