Dark red Shrub.
Registration name: Culverbrae
Origin:
Bred by W.D. Gobbee (United Kingdom, 1972).
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Crimson and purple.  Strong fragrance.  58 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Height of up to 5' (up to 150 cm).  Width of up to 4' (up to 120 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Notes:
Can mildew
