Bred by Dr. Franz Hermann Müller (Germany, 1894).
Introduced in Australia by H. Kemp in 1909 as 'Gottfried Keller'.
Class:
Hybrid Foetida, Hybrid Lutea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Yellow, apricot shading, golden-yellow undertones, deep yellow reverse.  Mild fragrance.  7 to 10 petals.  Medium, single to semi-double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Gottfried Keller (July 19, 1819 - July 15, 1890) was a Swiss writer.
