'Yellow Wonder' rose Description

Yellow, pink edges. Few blooms. Mild fragrance. Small bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Height of up to 5' 11" (up to 180 cm).
USDA zone 7b and warmer. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .

According to the New Zealand Plant Variety Rights (PVR) web page, application for a PVR Grant for this rose was made April 5, 1976 and granted March 14, 1977 (PVR Grant No. 7). The breeder's Reference for this rose is Macber. The New Zealand Trade Name is 'Young Quinn'. This PVR Grant was surrendered on March 14, 1983.
