Bloom:
Orange-pink.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Height of up to 3' (up to 90 cm).  Width of up to 3' (up to 90 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Heat tolerant.  prefers warmer sites.  Prune lightly or not at all.  Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.  Resist the urge to prune this rose too heavily -- it doesn't like it!.  
Notes:
A close comparison in Australia suggests that Mme. Jules Thibaud is in fact a sport of Perle d'Or. See References

'Mme Jules Thibaud' may well be W. E. Lippiatt's (New Zealand) 1908 rose 'Fairy Gem'. Further research is needed to determine where and when this rose was renamed.
