Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, before 1928).
Class:
Polyantha.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  Sulphur yellow, varying to butter yellow.  None to mild fragrance.  Small, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Small, long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact.  Medium, light green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.  
Breeder's notes:
Does not turn pink as does the other so-called Yellow Cecile Brunner. See references, 1930 ARS annual for complete registration.
