Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Crimson, brown shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals), cupped-to-flat, scalloped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Charles Darwin was born on February 12, 1809, in Shrewsbury, England. He died on April 19, 1882 and is buried in Westminster Abbey.
