Bred by Hugh Dickson (c.1877 -1922) (United Kingdom, 1911).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1912 as 'Countess of Shaftesbury'.

Bloom:
Carmine-pink, silver(y) shading, seashell-pink edges.  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
