Deep pink, ages to lighter . Moderate fragrance. Large, single to semi-double, cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Climbing. Medium, glossy, dark green, fragrant foliage. 5 to 7 leaflets.
Height of 8' 2" to 20' (250 to 610 cm). Width of up to 8' (up to 245 cm).
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Vigorous.
Amy Robsart (June 7, 1532 - September 8, 1560 Cumnor Palace, Oxfordshire), first wife of Robert Dudley (later Earl of Leicester). Her mysterious death was used by Sir Walter Scott for his novel "Kenilworth" (1821).
