Harry H. Hazlewood.  The New Roses of 1937.
On its performances to date Georges Chesnel, Pernt. (Pernet Ducher, 1935), displays the richest orange colour so far seen in any Rose. It is a large bloom of 25 petals, moderate to good growth  and for a yellow keeping its colour fairly well. If free from the Pernetiana dying back it should prove a very valuable sort.
