Discovered by Wed. P. Eveleens & Zonen (Netherlands, 1924).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1925 as 'John C.M. Mensing'.

Bloom:
Deep pink.  Strong fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
