'Surpasse Tout', ('Cerisette La Jolie') Gallica, known since 1832. Growth strong and bushy, up to 1.3 m. Flowers first cupped, then reflexed.

Pre-1832. Origin and parentage unknown. [Beales has never had any success with it.] Flowers: double, opening reflexed with tightly packed petals in the centre. Deep cerise-maroon paling to softer edges with age. [Beales finds the plant rather leggy and short of foliage.]
