Introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 2001 as 'Monsoon'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.   (Series: Paramount ® Collection)  
Bloom:
Cream.  Mild fragrance.  25 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Large, very double, borne mostly solitary, flat, reflexed bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, upright.  Semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 32" (60 to 80cm).  Width: up to 20" (up to 50cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  drought resistant.  heat tolerant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
