Ten Favourite Roses Symposium. Chris and John Ford, Manawatu. 'Elizabeth of Glamis' (McGredy 1964). Flor. The flowers are a lovely salmon-pink, with apricot tonings and it is usually the first Floribunda to flower in the spring. It has good repeat. The flowers are mostly borne on small heads with nice elegant stems. The plant is of upright habit, medium height and is prone to rust and, to a lesser degree, powdery mildew. This is probably one of the finer roses out of the McGredy glasshouse and has been underrated.
