Discovered by Earl H. Mann (United States, before 1931).
Introduced in United States by E.G. Hill Co. in 1931 as 'Golden Talisman'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1939 as 'Golden Talisman'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow.  Mild fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Vigorous.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
