Introduced in France by Meilland et Cie in 1939 as 'Annie Drevet'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1940 as 'Annie Drevet'.
Introduced in United States by Port Stockton Nursery in 1941 as 'Annie Drevet'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Red, yellow reverse.  Mild fragrance.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
