I acquired this as an unrooted cutting from a florist. So far it is taking to the outside wonderfully. I will post some pictures in the next few weeks when it blooms. It has quite a few buds on it right now (5-29-07), though the plant is still young, and quite short.

Hi Mike, Your last posting re Lipstick was in 07. Having had it now for 3 years, can you please tell me just how big Lipstick gets? Is it a 5' x 3', a 6' x 4, or ? Having the estimated dimensions of a rose at its maturity greatly aids in the placement of the rose in my garden. I don't like to crowd them nor do I want to waste space because my garden has its limitations. Besides its dimensions, please tell about it, i.e. Is it sun tolerant? (I live in Phoenix where summers are unbearingly hot!). . Any fragrance?. . . Do I presume correctly that blossoms are one to a long stem since it is a Florist Rose? Please tell us all about this beautiful rose! Thanks,
luvroses
