'Goldrush' rose References
Book (1946) Page(s) 198. Gold Rush. LC. Gold. (H&S '40) ARA '41; PP '42-45. ...Acts like a pillar rose reaching a height of 7 feet. Buds are an apricot yellow of excellent form and substance; repeats about 4 times during season; starts to shed from September on. ..It has not climbed much, but it was covered with lovely well- shaped flowers. Very effective....Bloomed the first year but the blooms were paler and smaller than those I saw in Duehrsen's own yard. It hasn't done any "rushing" for me. Ought to be grade A in the South.
