Notes:
The breeder is probably Antoine Wintzer, who was Vice President of Conard Jones. Wintzer was a noted breeder of cannas, and learned about hybridizing cannas from Dr. Van Fleet. Both men had connections to Pierre DuPont, whose home was named Longwood.
