Introduced in United Kingdom by R Harkness & Co. Ltd. in 1999 as 'Snow Cap'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
White or white blend.  Very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, rosette bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, dense, mounded.  Small, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 1' to 18" (30 to 45cm).  Width: 18" (45cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or cut flower.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
