Bred by Jean-Marie Gaujard (1903-1995) (France, 1956).
Introduced in France by Jean-Marie Gaujard in 1963 as 'Nouvelle Europe'.
Introduced in Germany by W. Kordes' Söhne (Retail) in 1965 as 'Neues Europa'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange-red to scarlet.  Flowers cinnibar orange.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 20" (50cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.  vigorous.
