Introduced in United States by Waban Rose Conservatories in 1904 as 'Wellesley'.

Bloom:
Deep pink, silver(y) outer petals.  Beautiful pink, outside petals bright, inside silvery.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
