Bred by Jean-Baptiste André (fils) Guillot (1827-1893) (France, 1866).
Introduced in Australia by Law, Somner Pty. Ltd. in 1886 as 'Madame Margottin'.

Bloom:
Light yellow, peach center, white edges.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
