White, near white or white blend Hybrid Tea.

Hybrid Tea. Couture Collection.
White, carmine-red edges, silver(y) reverse. None to mild, rose fragrance. Double (17-25 petals), classic hybrid tea, high-centered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Bushy, upright. Large, light green foliage.
Height of 6' 7" (200 cm). Width of 47" (120 cm).
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for cut flower. Very hardy. Disease susceptibility: disease resistant. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

According to an anonymous online source, Delbard's rose, 'Empress Farah' is sold as 'Strawberry Parfait by White Rose in Canada. Apparently, they sell a number of Delbard varieties under different names.
