Introduced in France by François Lacharme in 1840 as 'Reine de la Guillotière'.

Carmine-red, lighter edges.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
