Bred by Maurice-Augustin Bizard (France, 1836).
Class:
Noisette.  
Bloom:
Light yellow, darker center, salmon-pink center, white outer petals, ages to white . .  Outer petals flecked red.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 9.5".  Large, full (26-40 petals), cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy.  5 to 7 leaflets.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
