Does anyone know how heavily thorned this rose it? I have it on order and am thinking of putting it near a walkway. Also any comments on it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It is a late reply, but for the information for the others, it is not very thorny, just a few thorns on the stems, pretty much like most of the other Austins in Leander line.

In my experience it does not smell like old rose at all, mostly like raspberries.
