Bred by Tom Carruth (United States, 2003).
Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 2004 as 'Chihuly'.
Introduced in New Zealand by Matthews Nurseries Ltd. in circa 2012 as 'Anna Leese'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange and yellow.  Mild, tea fragrance.  17 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 39" to 47" (100 to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  
Breeder's notes:
Dark red new growth, displays many colors, sometimes shows subtle striping on the upper petal.
