'Chihuly ®' rose Reviews & Comments

I have what I think is a chihuly rose. The bud is pointed, and yellow and orange in color. The rose is bright yellow when it blooms and then turns orange and end up with pink and white. Could some one confirm for me this is a chihuly rose or if not could you tell what the name of this rose is. The bush I have is a cutting of my uncle's bush and he does not know the name. I don't think anyone could confirm without a photo. It could also be Playboy, as the two look similar. Playboy fades out like you describe. Playboy has fewer petals than Chihuly.

My first Chihuly didn't make it through the CT winter. Now I'm on my second plant because the rose is just so pretty, I wanted to have it. A little tender with the blackspot, but I have high hopes for her next year. Good repeat bloomer. Flowers are a little on the small side. Linda

This is a medium, 3 to 4 foot, mounded, bushy rose. Nice foliage!
