Introduced in France by Louis Lévêque & Fils in 1893 as 'La Vierzonnaise'.

Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Pink, carmine-pink shading, darker center, lighter reverse.  Strong fragrance.  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns.  Light green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
