Introduced in Australia by Wagner's Rose Nursery in 2017 as 'The Mandalay Rose'.
Unknown, Hybrid Tea.  
Red.  (more red in cool conditions) [Nearly black buds, strawberry-red blooms].  Moderate, tea fragrance.  24 to 32 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered to cupped bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Long sepals buds.  
Tall, upright.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  
Height of 5¼' to 6¼' (160 to 190 cm).  Width of 20" to 26" (50 to 65 cm).
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
