I want to know in what world this is a climber. I have seen it in various places and parks grown to maturity. It always looks like a yellow, bushier version of Singin in the Rain. It usually tops off at about 4'T x 3'W. This is Oregon, so it is fairly mild here, which means that any climber would be able to climb if the trait existed.

JUL 2009: I just purchased $30 this "yellow sub" at Summer Winds Nursery in the Silicon Valley, CA. It resembles "GOLDEN SHOWERs" to me! I like the fullness of the plant being quite similar to ICEBERG, which is where I want to plant it next to. It is the healthiest one at the store, and I detect a slight scent. It also looks similar to YELLOW BLAZE.
