Found Rose, Noisette, Tea, Tea Noisette.
Bloom:
Cream, yellow center, light pink shading. Lemon, center pale yellow. Moderate, tea fragrance. Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form. Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Ovoid buds.
Habit:
Small foliage. 5 leaflets.
Height: 4' to 9' (120 to 275cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer. Can be used for cut flower or garden.

For clarification of parentage and disagreement about breeder, see References. Resembles 'Louise de Savoie'. L'Haÿ's 1902 catalogue list 'Mme de Chalonge' and 'Le Pactole' separately. Pactole or Paktōlós was the name of a river in ancient Lydia in Anatolia (today: Sart Çayı), where according to the legend King Midas of Phrygia washed his hands to remove the curse that all he touched became gold. The sands of Paktolos then turned to gold.
