Introduced in France by Meilland International as 'Meimanesk'.

Floribunda, Florists Rose.  Romantica ™.  
Bloom:
White, green undertones.  None / no fragrance.  220 to 250 petals.  Average diameter 6.5".  Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, old-fashioned, reflexed bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small, long sepals buds.  
Habit:
Medium, matte, medium green, dense foliage.  
Height of 4¼' (130 cm).  Width of 14" (35 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower.
