Climber, Large-Flowered Climber.  
Bloom:
Purple, yellow stamens.  Flowers deep wine red.  Moderate, clove, spice, sweet fragrance.  8 to 12 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, armed with thorns / prickles, climbing, spreading.  Large, semi-glossy, grey-green foliage.  
Height of 10' to 14' (305 to 425 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for garden, landscape or pillar.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

Bright yellow stamens, large clusters, lasting color, greyish foliage color.
