Bred by Francois Dorieux I (1902-1980) (France, before 1970).
Introduced in France by Vilmorin-Andrieux in 1972 as 'Carnet de Bal'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink to pink, purple shading, ages to darker .  Mild fragrance.  up to 72 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 28" (60 to 70cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
