Origin:

Bred by Paul and Son (United Kingdom, before 1875).
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1882 as 'Magna Charta'.

Bloom:

Pink, carmine-pink shading. Moderate, damask fragrance. Very large, full (26-40 petals), cupped, globular bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Tall.

Height: 4' to 10' (120 to 305cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 4a and warmer. Vigorous. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot , susceptible to Mildew.
