Bloom: Pink.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 1.75".  Small, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Sparse, once-blooming spring or summer.  Medium buds.
Growing: USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
Breeder's notes: Fertile both for pollen and seed. Hybrid filipes.

The name for this rose is a rough acronym derived from it's pedigree

 OLD blush

 LADY banks

 KiftsGATE, (s)

Patents: Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes: This is a fascinating cross produced by A.C. Tunningley. It was thought lost and was rediscovered by the hybridizer. I am propagating it now in hope of using it with other R. banksia hybrids. (added by Robert Neil Rippetoe 1-10-07)
Carries a gene for repeat flowering.

I'm guessing this rose might achieve at least 40' feet wide and 20' high given the space in a mild climate.
