Bloom:
Red.  None to mild fragrance.  21 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, very double, borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact.  Semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: 8" to 16" (20 to 40cm).  Width: up to 4" (up to 10cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders or container rose.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of miniature pot rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between the female parent `KORstoffein` ... and the male parent, an unnamed seedling. ...`POULpar029` was selected by the inventors as a single plant from the progeny of the hybridization in 2000.
